ELAYVA is the world’s first water made from natural olive water, which is produced during the creation of high-quality olive oil.
The story of ELAYVA begins in Sicily, an island where olive trees have shaped life for centuries. There, the olive is more than just a fruit—it is part of the culture, tradition, and everyday life. For many years, Chiarello GmbH has been dedicated to producing high-quality olive oil as well as other olive-based products, ranging from olives and aromatic oregano to fine olive paste. This long-standing experience led to a decisive realization: the full potential of the olive had not yet been exhausted.
During olive oil production, olive water is created alongside the oil. Although it is a valuable component, it is considered a by-product, remains unused, and is discarded. Through inherited traditions, deep expertise, and a respectful relationship with nature, we became aware that this water is not waste, but rather a hidden treasure. Out of curiosity to look beyond the obvious, the desire arose to give olive water its own meaning.
Chiarello GmbH decided to pursue this path, and this vision marked the beginning of ELAYVA. The name ELAYVA comes from Ancient Greek and means “olive tree.” Rooted in one of the world’s oldest cultures, it carries the warmth of the Mediterranean within it and symbolically represents life, health, and resilience.
ELAYVA is a functional water that can be enjoyed pure as a daily hydration ritual, enriched by the natural power of the olive.
